Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 medium green bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

    Preheat oven to 475°F. Roll out the 1 lb pizza dough on a floured surface into a 12-inch round and transfer to a baking sheet.

    Spread 0.5 cup tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Sprinkle 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella over the sauce.

    Thinly slice the 1 medium zucchini and 1 medium green bell pepper into rounds and strips. Arrange them over the cheese.

    Drizzle the 1 tbsp olive oil over the top and sprinkle with 1 tsp dried oregano.

    Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and browned in spots. Let cool for 2 minutes before slicing.
