Ingredients
- 1.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 medium red onion

Slice chicken into 2-inch chunks. Dice the onion.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add onion, cook until soft, ~3 minutes.

Stir in ginger-garlic paste and garam masala, cook until fragrant, 30 seconds.

Add tomato paste, stir to coat. Add chicken pieces, toss until edges turn opaque, ~2 minutes.
