Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)

Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. Toss with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 20 minutes, shaking halfway through.

While wings cook, whisk gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and minced garlic in a small bowl until smooth.

Stir sesame oil into the sauce. Taste and adjust sweetness or heat as needed.

Transfer cooked wings to a large bowl. Pour sauce over and toss until every piece is coated and glossy.
