Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1

Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. Toss with a pinch of salt and pepper.

  2. 2

Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 20 minutes, shaking halfway through.

  3. 3

While wings cook, whisk gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and minced garlic in a small bowl until smooth.

  4. 4

Stir sesame oil into the sauce. Taste and adjust sweetness or heat as needed.

  5. 5

Transfer cooked wings to a large bowl. Pour sauce over and toss until every piece is coated and glossy.
