- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- ½ cup raspberry jam
- 2 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup heavy cream

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place the 1 pie crust in a 9 inch pie dish and crimp edges. Prick bottom with a fork.
