Warm Artichoke & Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 14 oz artichoke hearts, canned or frozen (thawed, drained)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, packed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 whole lemon (zested + juiced)
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    Roughly chop the artichoke hearts and spinach into bite-sized pieces.

    Add cream cheese and sour cream to a food processor. Pulse until smooth.

    Add artichokes, spinach, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Pulse until combined but still chunky.

    Season with salt and pepper. Pulse once more to combine.

    Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve at room temperature or heat in microwave 2–3 minutes until warm.
