Ingredients

  • 2 whole ripe avocados
  • ½ cup Mexican crema or sour cream
  • 1 whole lime, juiced
  • 1 whole garlic clove, minced
  • 1 pinch salt and black pepper

Instructions

    Halve the avocados, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
