Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) or 1 cup grass jelly (canned or homemade), drained
- ½ cup cooked tapioca pearls (small)
- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk (full-fat)
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1.5 cups water
- 2 cups ice
- 2 tbsp total optional toppings: roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, or cooked mung beans

Pour coconut milk into a small bowl and stir in sugar until dissolved, about 1 minute.

Fill two tall glasses halfway with ice.

Divide grass jelly and tapioca pearls evenly between the two glasses.

Pour coconut mixture equally into both glasses, filling about three-quarters full.

Top off each glass with cold water to fill, then stir gently to combine.
