- 8 count store-bought choux pastry shells (or cream puff shells)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 box (3.4 oz) vanilla pudding mix (instant)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- ½ tsp lemon juice or white vinegar
