Ingredients
- 4 eggs egg whites (from 4 large eggs)
- 150 g granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- ½ tsp white vinegar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Whip egg whites on high speed until soft peaks form, about 2 minutes.

Gradually add granulated sugar, then cornstarch and vinegar. Beat until stiff, glossy peaks form, ~3 minutes.

Pipe meringue into 4 nest shapes on a parchment-lined sheet pan using a piping bag, creating a 3-inch base with raised sides.

Bake at 250°F for 18–20 minutes until pale and crispy but not browned. Let cool completely on the pan.

Whip heavy cream with 2 tbsp powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, ~2 minutes.
