Ingredients

  • 3 large egg whites, room temperature
  • 150 g granulated sugar
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 cups fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

    Whip egg whites with an electric mixer on high until soft peaks form, about 2 minutes.

    Gradually add granulated sugar while whisking until stiff, glossy peaks form, another 3–4 minutes.

    Transfer meringue to a piping bag and pipe 4 nest shapes (2-inch diameter, raised edges) onto parchment-lined trays.

    Refrigerate nests for 15 minutes until firm enough to handle and serve.

    Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form, about 1 minute.
