  • 4 count store-bought meringue nests (large)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 8 count fresh mint leaves

Instructions
