Ingredients

  • ½ lb beef sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced (1/16-inch)
  • 2 wraps lavash bread or large flatbread
  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • ½ medium white onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ lemon lemon (juiced)

Instructions

  1. 1

Stir yogurt with minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and half the lemon juice until combined.

  2. 2

Warm lavash in a dry skillet over medium heat, flipping every 20 seconds, until pliable (~60 seconds).

  3. 3

Transfer lavash to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.

  4. 4

Heat 2 tbsp oil in the skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

  5. 5

Add sliced beef in a single layer; let it cook 2-3 minutes without stirring until edges crisp.

  6. 6

Stir constantly for 1-2 minutes until beef is caramelized and no pink remains, then add remaining lemon juice.

  7. 7

Add sliced onion and diced tomato; toss for 30 seconds until warmed through.

  8. 8

Spread spiced yogurt on a warm lavash; top with beef mixture and fold into a wrap.

  9. 9

    Serve immediately while warm.
