Ingredients

  • ½ lb beef sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp red chili flakes
  • 4 wraps soft flatbread or lavash
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

    Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until foamy, about 60 seconds.

    Add chili flakes, then the beef slices, stirring constantly until cooked through, 4–5 minutes.

    Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

    Warm flatbread in the skillet for 15 seconds per side, then transfer to a plate.
