Ingredients

  • ¾ lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning packet
  • 2 shells crispy tortilla bowls or shells
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • ¼ cup sour cream

Instructions

    Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon, until no pink remains, ~6 minutes.

    Drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 2 minutes until slightly thickened.

    Whisk together sour cream and lime juice in a small bowl until smooth.

    Fill each tortilla shell with half the chopped lettuce and tomatoes.

    Top each with half the seasoned beef, then drizzle with lime-sour cream dressing. Serve immediately.
