- ¾ lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning packet
- 2 shells crispy tortilla bowls or shells
- 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- ¼ cup sour cream

Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon, until no pink remains, ~6 minutes.

Drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 2 minutes until slightly thickened.

Whisk together sour cream and lime juice in a small bowl until smooth.
