- 1 lb pizza dough
- ½ lb ground beef
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- 2 green onions
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 475°F. Roll the 1 lb pizza dough into a large oval, about 1/4-inch thick, on a floured surface.
- 2
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the 1/2 lb ground beef until browned and crumbly, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- 3
Spread the 1/2 cup tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Sprinkle with the cooked beef and 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
- 4
Fold the edges of the dough over the filling to form a boat shape, pinching the ends. Brush the crust with 1 tbsp olive oil.
- 5
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly. Top with 2 chopped green onions and serve hot.
