Ingredients
- 4 large flatbreads
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 medium onion
- ½ cup parsley
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt

Preheat your oven to 425°F. Place the 4 flatbreads on a baking sheet and set aside.

In a bowl, mix 1 lb ground beef, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1 finely chopped onion, and 1 tsp salt until well combined.

Spread the meat mixture evenly over the flatbreads, leaving a small border around the edges.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the meat is cooked through and the edges are golden and crispy.

While baking, heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add the remaining half of the chopped onion and cook until golden and crispy, about 5 minutes.
