Ingredients
- 8 oz macaroni
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the 8 oz macaroni and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

While pasta cooks, heat the 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the 1 diced onion and cook until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 lb ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking up the meat, until browned and no longer pink, about 8 minutes. Season with the 1 tsp salt and black pepper to taste.

Pour in the 15 oz tomato sauce and stir to combine. Let simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Cook for 2 minutes until heated through.
