Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 medium potato
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 small onion
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil

In a bowl, combine 1 lb ground beef, 1 small finely chopped onion, 1 egg, 1 tsp salt, and 0.5 tsp black pepper. Mix until just combined, then shape into 4 patties.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook until browned on the bottom, about 4 minutes.

Flip the patties and cook until browned on the other side and cooked through (no pink inside), about 4-5 minutes more. Transfer to a plate and cover loosely with foil.

While the patties cook, slice 2 medium potatoes into thin rounds. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil and the potato slices. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender, about 10 minutes.

Slice 1 medium cucumber into thin rounds. Serve the patties with the potatoes and cucumber slices on the side.
