Ingredients
- 2 large flatbread
- ½ lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt

Preheat oven to 400°F. Finely chop the 1 medium onion. In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat and cook the onion until soft, about 3 minutes.

Add 0.5 lb ground beef and 0.5 tsp salt to the skillet. Cook, breaking up the meat, until browned and no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Place the 2 large flatbreads on a baking sheet. Spread the meat mixture evenly over each, then sprinkle 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the flatbread are crisp, about 8-10 minutes. Garnish with fresh microgreens if desired, then slice and serve hot.
