Ingredients

  • ½ lb sliced deli turkey
  • 1 whole avocado
  • 4 slices bacon strips
  • 4 slices bread (sourdough or wheat)
  • 2 whole hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 serving citrus (oranges & kiwi, sliced)

Instructions

    Cook bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, about 6 minutes. Transfer to a plate.

    Toast the bread slices until golden brown and crispy, about 2 minutes per side.

    Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop onto the toasted bread. Mash gently with a fork.

    Layer the sliced turkey and crispy bacon on top of the avocado toast. Season with salt and pepper.
