Ingredients
- 8 oz pork belly or pork shoulder, thinly sliced
- 6 oz ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
- 4 cups chicken or pork broth
- 2 tbsp miso paste (white or red)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
- 2 stalks scallions, thinly sliced

Bring broth to a boil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Whisk miso paste with a ladleful of hot broth until smooth, then stir back into the pot.

Add pork slices and soy sauce. Simmer 3 minutes until pork is just cooked through.
