- 1 medium tomato
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- ½ cup mixed sprouts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt

Preheat your oven broiler. Place the 2 bread slices on a baking sheet and toast under the broiler for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden on one side.

Flip the bread. Slice the 1 medium tomato into 1/4 inch rounds and arrange them over the toasted side of the bread.
