Ingredients
- 1 lb feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 12 sheets phyllo pastry sheets
- ½ cup butter, melted
