Ingredients
- 8 oz feta cheese block
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 4 slices bread, sliced
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup kalamata olives
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 clove garlic cloves, minced

Cut feta into 1/2-inch-thick slabs. Coat both sides lightly with flour, shaking off excess.

Heat 3 tbsp neutral oil in a large skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, about 90 seconds.

Sear feta 60–90 seconds per side until golden and crispy. Transfer to a plate.

In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter with minced garlic over medium heat, stirring, 60 seconds until fragrant.

Add bread slices and toast 90 seconds per side until golden. Push to the side of the skillet.

Warm honey in a small bowl (microwave 30 seconds or in the skillet 15 seconds). Plate feta, garlic toast, tomatoes, olives. Drizzle honey over feta.
