Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese block
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 slices bread, sliced
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup kalamata olives
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 clove garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. 1

Cut feta into 1/2-inch-thick slabs. Coat both sides lightly with flour, shaking off excess.

  2. 2

Heat 3 tbsp neutral oil in a large skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, about 90 seconds.

  3. 3

Sear feta 60–90 seconds per side until golden and crispy. Transfer to a plate.

  4. 4

In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter with minced garlic over medium heat, stirring, 60 seconds until fragrant.

  5. 5

Add bread slices and toast 90 seconds per side until golden. Push to the side of the skillet.

  6. 6

Warm honey in a small bowl (microwave 30 seconds or in the skillet 15 seconds). Plate feta, garlic toast, tomatoes, olives. Drizzle honey over feta.
