Baked Pasta with Broccoli

- 8 oz pasta
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook the 8 oz pasta in salted boiling water until just shy of al dente, about 7 minutes. Add the 3 cups broccoli florets for the last 2 minutes, then drain well.

In a large bowl, combine the drained pasta and broccoli with 1 cup heavy cream, 1 cup of the mozzarella, and 1/4 cup of the Parmesan. Season with 1 tsp salt and stir until everything is coated.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan evenly over the top.

Bake until the sauce is bubbly and the top is golden brown, about 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
