Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 4 cups green cabbage
  • 2 red chili peppers
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. 1

Thinly slice the 1 onion and 2 red chilies; mince the 4 garlic cloves. Shred the 4 cups cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the onion, chilies, and garlic; stir-fry until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  3. 3

Add the 1 lb ground pork and 3 tbsp soy sauce. Cook, breaking up the meat, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. 4

Add the 4 cups cabbage and stir-fry until just wilted but still crisp, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

  5. 5

In a separate small skillet, heat the remaining 1 tbsp oil over medium-high. Fry the 4 eggs sunny-side up until whites are set and edges are crispy, about 3 minutes.

  6. 6

Serve the stir-fry in bowls, each topped with a fried egg. Enjoy hot.
