Ingredients
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 8 oz fish balls
- 8 oz firm tofu
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ¼ cup cilantro
