- 12 oz canned snails
- 13.5 fl oz coconut milk
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 shallot
- ½ cup fresh basil
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro

Drain and rinse the 12 oz canned snails. Thinly slice the 1 red chili pepper and 1 shallot into rings.

In a skillet over medium heat, add the sliced chili and shallot with 1 tbsp oil. Cook until fragrant and shallot is translucent, about 3 minutes.

Pour in the 13.5 fl oz coconut milk and bring to a gentle simmer. Add the snails and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
