Ingredients
- ¾ lb beef sirloin or flank steak, sliced thin
- 3 whole Thai red or green chilies (or jalapeños), sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 whole lime
- 3 tbsp neutral cooking oil

Pat beef dry with paper towels, then season generously with salt and black pepper.
