Thai Basil Fried Rice with Pork

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- ½ pound ground pork
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 red chili peppers
- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- 2 eggs

Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add 4 minced garlic cloves and 2 sliced red chili peppers, stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add 1/2 lb ground pork and stir-fry, breaking it up, until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Season with 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp sugar if you have them.

Add 3 cups cooked rice and toss everything together, pressing and stirring until the rice is hot and well coated, about 2-3 minutes.

Turn off the heat and stir in 1 cup Thai basil leaves until just wilted. In a separate pan, fry 2 eggs sunny-side up in 1 tbsp oil until the whites are set but yolks are runny, about 2-3 minutes.
