Ingredients
- 1 lb minced pork
- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 eggs

Slice bell pepper, zucchini, and onion into thin strips. Set aside.

Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add a splash of oil, then stir-fry the minced pork until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the sliced vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.

Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce. Cook for 1 minute, then fold in Thai basil leaves until wilted.
