Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- ¼ cup dried shrimp
- 2 links Chinese sausage
- 3 stalks green onions
- ¼ cup cilantro
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

Soak the 1/4 cup dried shrimp in warm water for 5 minutes, then drain and chop finely. Slice the 2 Chinese sausages into thin rounds and chop the 3 green onions and 1/4 cup cilantro.

Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the sliced sausage and chopped shrimp, stir-frying until fragrant and slightly crisp, about 2 minutes.

Add the 3 cups cooked rice and 2 tbsp soy sauce. Stir-fry, breaking up clumps, until the rice is hot and evenly coated, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the chopped green onions and cilantro, then cook for 1 more minute until wilted. Serve hot.
