- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

In a bowl, mix 1 cup glutinous rice flour with 0.5 cup water until a soft dough forms. Knead briefly, then roll into 8 small balls.

Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the rice balls and fry, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Sprinkle 0.25 cup brown sugar over the balls and add 2 tbsp water. Stir gently until the sugar melts into a thick syrup that coats the balls, about 2 minutes.
