Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs pork spareribs or baby back ribs
  • 3 whole Indonesian or Asian sausages (such as chorizo-style or pork sausage)
  • ⅓ cup ketchup
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 whole dinner rolls or soft bread

Instructions

    Line a sheet pan with foil. Pat ribs dry and arrange on one side.

    Place sausages on the other side. Whisk together ketchup, honey, and soy sauce.

    Brush the glaze all over ribs and sausages. Season with salt and pepper.

    Broil on high, 6 inches from heat, for 12–14 minutes until ribs are caramelized and sausages are charred.

    Toast the bread rolls under the broiler for 1–2 minutes until golden.

    Serve ribs and sausages on a plate with toasted bread and pan drippings on the side.
