- 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
- 2 tablespoons pickled ginger
- 4 sprigs fresh parsley leaves
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Peel and devein the 8 shrimp, leaving the tails on if desired. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Using a sharp knife, slice each shrimp horizontally into two thin pieces, keeping them attached at the tail for a fan effect.
