- 4 whole quahog clams
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons green onions
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup potato wedges
- ½ cup coleslaw
