Ingredients

  • 4 whole quahog clams
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons green onions
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup potato wedges
  • ½ cup coleslaw

Instructions

    Shuck the quahogs, chop the meat finely, and reserve the shells.

    Melt butter in a skillet, sauté garlic and green onions until soft.

    Mix chopped clam, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper into the skillet.

    Stuff the mixture into the reserved shells and top with extra breadcrumbs.

    Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes until the topping is golden brown.
