Ingredients

  • 4 whole papadums
  • 1 medium, finely chopped onion
  • 1 medium, finely chopped tomato
  • 1 whole, finely chopped green chili
  • ¼ cup, chopped cilantro
  • 1 whole, cut into wedges lime

Instructions

    Cook the 4 papadums according to package instructions (microwave or dry-roast) until crisp and blistered, about 1-2 minutes per side. Set aside.

    In a small bowl, mix the 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped green chili, and 0.25 cup cilantro. Season with salt and a squeeze of lime from 1 wedge.

    Place each papadum on a plate, spoon the vegetable mixture onto one half, and fold over to stuff. Serve immediately with the remaining lime wedges.
