Ingredients
- 8 whole jalapeño peppers
- ½ lb ground beef
- 4 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp cilantro
- ½ tsp salt

Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut the 8 jalapeños in half lengthwise, scoop out seeds and membranes, and place cut-side up on a baking sheet.

In a bowl, mix 0.5 lb ground beef, 4 oz cream cheese, 0.5 cup cheddar, and 0.5 tsp salt until well combined.

Stuff each jalapeño half with the meat mixture, mounding it slightly. Bake for 15-18 minutes until the filling is browned and the peppers are tender.
