Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat until shimmering, about 1 minute.

Add 2 cups broccoli florets, 1 cup sliced carrots, and 1 cup green beans. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until they start to brown and become crisp-tender.
