Ingredients
- 1 lb squid, cleaned and cut into rings
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds

In a small bowl, mix the 3 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp gochujang until smooth. Set aside.
