Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 red chili peppers, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped

Pat the 1 lb shrimp dry with paper towels. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat until shimmering, about 1 minute.
