Ingredients

  • 2 cups kimchi
  • 3 stalks green onions
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup steamed rice

Instructions

    Slice kimchi into bite-sized pieces and chop green onions, separating white and green parts.

    Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the white parts of green onions.

    Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant, then add kimchi and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.

    Season with salt to taste and continue cooking until kimchi is slightly caramelized.

    In a small pot, bring water to a boil and add the green parts of green onions for a light soup.
