Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 1.5 cups cooked sweet sticky rice (or glutinous rice)
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 whole lime
- 3 whole garlic cloves

Warm sticky rice in a microwave or stovetop until hot, about 3 minutes. Transfer to a serving plate.

Mince garlic. Whisk together fish sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and 1 tbsp lime juice in a small bowl.
