Ingredients
- 2.5 lbs pre-cooked baby back ribs (about 2 racks)
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp bourbon or whiskey
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 clove garlic cloves, minced

Preheat your broiler to high. Line a sheet pan with foil.

Heat butter in a small saucepan over medium. Add minced garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir in brown sugar, bourbon, vinegar, and smoked paprika. Simmer 2 minutes, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves and glaze thickens slightly.

Brush ribs generously on both sides with glaze. Arrange meat-side up on the prepared sheet pan.
