Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs pork ribs (baby back or St. Louis style)
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 whole (juiced) lime
  • ½ tsp red chili flakes or sambal oelek

  2. 2

Arrange ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet, meat side up. Brush glaze generously over both sides.

  3. 3

Broil 4 inches from heat for 6 minutes. Flip ribs, brush with remaining glaze, and broil 4–5 minutes more.

  4. 4

Ribs are done when edges char, glaze caramelizes, and meat pulls slightly from the bone.
