Ingredients
- 1 rack pre-cooked baby back ribs (1 rack, about 2 lbs)
- 1 lb beef steak (ribeye or NY strip, 1 lb total)
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
Instructions

Mix honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and paprika in a small bowl until smooth.

Pat steak dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, about 60 seconds.

Sear steak 2 minutes per side without moving—center should still be pink. Transfer to a plate.
