Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless short ribs (kkotsal cut, thinly sliced)
- 2 medium yellow onions, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (white or black)
