Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare)
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp ginger (minced fresh)
- 1.25 lbs sweet potatoes (mix of orange and purple)
- 3 cups leafy greens (spinach, bok choy, or kale)
