Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs pork ribs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ⅓ cup kecap manis (Indonesian sweet soy sauce)
  • 1 whole lime (juiced + zested)
  • 1 lb chicken wings
  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced into 0.5-inch rounds
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

    Preheat broiler to high. Whisk kecap manis, lime juice, lime zest, and minced garlic in a small bowl.

    Arrange pork ribs, chicken wings, and zucchini on a sheet pan in a single layer. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper.

    Broil 8 minutes until edges start to char. Remove pan and brush everything generously with the kecap manis glaze.

    Return to broiler for 4–5 minutes until the glaze bubbles and darkens. Watch for charring at the edges.
