Sticky Indonesian Pork Ribs with Crispy Fries

Ingredients
- 1.5 lb pork ribs (baby back or St. Louis), trimmed
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 lb frozen french fries
- 1 tbsp chili powder (for dipping)

Pat ribs dry. Mix soy sauce, honey, and ginger in a small bowl until smooth.

Arrange ribs on one half of a large sheet pan. Brush all over with the glaze.

Spread fries on the other half. Drizzle with a pinch of salt and pepper. Roast at 425°F for 20 minutes.

Remove sheet pan. Ribs should be charred and tender; fries golden and crispy.

Brush ribs once more with remaining glaze. Mix chili powder with 2 tbsp oil for dipping sauce.

Serve ribs and fries hot with chili-oil dip on the side.
